Welcome to the Hacienda Motor Lodge

We've owned the Hacienda since 2001 and through some fantastic renovations the inside in no way resembles the exterior's 80's Spanish style.

We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised! Whatever your reason for staying we want you to be comfortable and our renovations were started to ensure your comfort and needs were met.

Quality features

We discarded the olive green baths and vanities and in their place are glass showers and crystal white spa baths. We've replaced the double beds with superkings and the standard motel TV has been replaced in our standard and corporate studios with 32 inch LCD TV/DVD, in the executive, spa and one and two bedroom units with a 42 inch LCD TV/DVD and in our apartments with 50 inch TV/DVD. That makes great viewing when you relax in one of our reclining chairs!!

With your relaxation in mind we installed Satin Jet showers and introduced the Koha Spa Range of personal toiletries for you to feel pampered.

About Deb and Stu

Our personal philosophy of caring for our environment was one we wished to extend to our business and we have achieved this with our Environmental Sustainability Programme.

As part of our commitment to the community Deb has enjoyed mentoring business studies students and sees this as an opportunity to share her knowledge and pass on the passion of business ownership.

Both Stu and Deb are active in local sporting and business organisations and serve on various Committees and Boards. Collectively we have 60 years of local knowledge and community involvement in our region which we are happy to share with you.

Palmerston North has a vibrant and diverse café culture, great shopping and an ideal mix of rural and city life. We would love you to stay with us to experience it.
